Wii Sports Resort – Wakeboarding Champion

I love the Wii Sports Resort. Wakeboarding is awesome! I am the family champion in wakeboarding. I would like to try it in real life. I also like the power cruising and archery. My mom says I will not get to try archery in real life until I am way older.

Wii Fit Plus Combines Fitness and Fun

I was really looking forward to getting Wii Fit Plus. I had read about it and I wanted to see what the “plus” was going to be. I think it stands for Playing and Laughing Until Super fit! The new games are lots of fun. We have had a lot of fun ‘hitting’ each other with snowballs! It’s much safer than throwing real snowballs and much warmer, too. No wet mittens afterwards. The new mental component is great. It a little like having Wii Fit with a little Big Brain Academy thrown in.

Both my children have beaten me in the obstacle course, skateboarding and juggling. I love the math game – I think it is great for all ages. The calorie counter is an interesting addition. Now I am working on creating my own personal workout. It’s really hard to choose between the exercises I know I should be doing and the ones I want to do just for fun!

My children immediately noticed that our Wii Miis do not wear helmets while cycling. Mine definitely could have used one after the many spills I had on the course!

Being technologically challenged, I was pleased to discover that my old Wii Fit data transferred itself to the Wii Fit Plus. All our Wii Miis came over too.

I have to fly...literally – I need to beat my daughter’s score on the flying game before she gets home from school!

Wii Sports Resort – Fun for Everyone!

This is a great set of new activities that everyone can play. Dad really loves the swordplay game. The first time he played it, it was one of the very few warm summer days of 2009. He worked up quite a sweat, which gained the comment from Kelsey “you look like the Rocker” (ok, this is really funny if you have seen the movie “The Rocker”).
