Need
- Ginger ale
- Pomegranate syrup
- Pomegranate seeds
- Ice
- Mint leaves
To do:
- Pour some pomegranate syrup into each glass.
- Tear some mint leaves in and toss in some pomegranate seeds.
- When ready to serve, top it off with ice-cold ginger ale.

Need
- An assortment of vegetables (carrots, peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, zucchini, celery, and cherry tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- Crumbled up blue cheese—about 1/3 cup
To do:
- Slice up the veggies and place on a platter.
- Mix up the sour cream, mayo and hot sauce.
- Crumble in the blue cheese.
- Serve this dip on the side.

Need
- A bag of frozen Edamame—can be found in the freezer section of a big grocery store
- Sea salt
- Empty little bowl
To do:
- Place frozen edamame into a steamer basket and set over boiling water.
- Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Keep the little bowl on hand for empty pods.

Need
- Big bag of Japanese Rice crackers—can be found in the bulk section of big grocery stores
To do:
- Serve in decorative bowls.

Need
- A trio of cheeses (brie, gouda and camembert)
- A handful of grapes
- A few fresh figs
- Baguette and crackers
To do:
- Arrange the three cheeses on a wooden platter.
- Arrange grapes and figs around the plate.
- Serve with a basket of sliced up baguette and crackers.

Need
- Green Tea bags
- Honey
- Pitcher
To do:
- Make up a big pot of green tea a few hours before guests are set to arrive.
- Stir in a squeeze of honey, then let it rest.
- Once cool, pour into a decorative pitcher and server in little glasses.

Need
- Watermelon
- Frozen strawberries
- Lemon-lime soda
To do:
- Peel, seed and slice up the watermelon into chunks.
- Place the watermelon and strawberries in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill glasses half way, and then top up with soda.
